What is the difference between Nytol Anti-Snoring Throat Spray and Helps Stop Snoring Throat Spray - 9ml / Rhynil Stop Snoring Spray?

Neither Helps Stop Snoring Spray nor Helps Stop Snoring Spray contain the naturally occurring active ingredient Phosphatidylcholine that works to prevent the muscles in the throat vibrating and causing snoring. 

Helps Stop Snoring Spray acts as a lubricant and toning agent for the muscles, whereas Rhynil Stop Snoring Spray is made from the natural herb Euphrasia Officinalis. This works as a decongestant to help prevent snoring due to nasal stuffiness, helps open collapsed nostrils and also aides mouth breathers. 

When shouldn’t I use Nytol Anti-Snoring Throat Spray?

Nytol Anti-Snoring Throat Spray is only to be used by adults and should not be used by anyone who is allergic to any of the ingredients contained therein or peanuts, or soya. Anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or using any other medication should consult a doctor or adviser at Click Pharmacy before using. Not for use in treating sleep apnoea and not suitable for asthmatics.

Nytol Anti-Snoring Throat Spray is to be used just before going to bed. Shake the can vigorously, attach the diffuser to the nozzle and spray the foam at the back of your throat for 1 second. Swallow. Repeat spray and swallow two more times.

Tissue vibrations cause snoring in the throat, and the active ingredient Phosphatidylcholine works by preventing these muscles from vibrating. It also ensures the throat remains lubricated throughout the night.
