Tracking your order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch order. Your Royal Mail tracking number will be live from the moment your order is dispatched.

Secure and discreet packaging

At Click Pharmacy, we keep your information confidential and deliver your medicines using plain, discreet and secure packaging without any branding or labels. Weight loss injections such as Wegovy and Saxenda are dispatched in refrigerated packaging. Click Pharmacy will never share your details or the contents of the package with any third party. Only the pharmacy return address appears on the postage label.

Receiving your order

All orders for prescription medications must be signed for on delivery by an adult (aged 18 or over) and cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

We cannot change your delivery address once your order has been dispatched. If an incorrect address is provided, it’s not our responsibility if your order does not reach you in time or at all.

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be made. For further information on our cancellations, please visit our cancellation policy page. For information on refunds and returns.

Missed delivery

If an item is not delivered, it will be sent to your local Royal Mail office. You will instead receive a card and an email notification about it. The card or email will contain instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect in person (ID card required) from your local delivery office.

An order is not considered “lost” until 10 working days have passed without a delivery attempt (not including Sunday’s or Bank Holiday’s). If your parcel is ‘lost’, the pharmacy can resend your order or issue a full refund.

Reason why an order can be delayed

Under certain circumstances, processing your order maybe delayed or rejected. The following reasons can cause a delay in processing your order:

  • Identity verification checks
  • General or clinical queries
  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Delay from supplier: Delivery of some items may be delayed from the wholesale supplier.
  • Delay in approving an order: All orders must be approved by a prescriber before they can be dispatched. The prescriber may request additional information before approving the order.

Declined orders

If for any reason an order is declined, for example if the prescriber does not consider it safe to prescribe the medication, you will be informed of the reasons and a full refund will be processed.
