To use our services, you must:

• Use our services for your own personal healthcare needs

We offer prescription medications based on a health assessment via an online questionnaire. Your information will be reviewed by a licensed prescriber. If they decide treatment is suitable, a prescription will be issued and dispensed by our registered pharmacy team.

We do not guarantee approval for treatment. If your condition requires in-person care, we will advise accordingly.

All medical professionals and pharmacists involved in your care are:

• Registered with relevant UK bodies (e.g. GMC, GPhC)
• Qualified to provide the service
• Trained in patient confidentiality and online prescribing

You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate medical information
• Use medicines as prescribed
• Not misuse the website or provide false information

Providing misleading or false details may result in cancellation of your order and suspension of access.

When you place an order:

• It is reviewed by a prescriber
• If approved, your medicine will be dispensed and delivered
• If declined, you will be refunded (see our   Refunds and Returns Policy )

Payment is due when you place your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payments are securely processed.

We aim to dispatch approved orders promptly. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for full details on delivery methods, times, and tracking.

Please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy . If your order hasn’t been dispatched, you may cancel it. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of medicines unless faulty or incorrect.

• You must not use our site for unlawful or harmful purposes
• You may not copy, republish, or misuse any content without permission

We handle your data responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy , which is compliant with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We are registered with the ICO.

While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the site will always be error-free or available. We are not liable for:
