For regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returned medication once they have been dispatched from our pharmacy as we are not able to reuse the same medication. Any unwanted medication must be taken to your local pharmacy for safe disposal.
If for any reason you are unable to accept delivery of your order and are unable to rearrange for your medication to be redelivered or collect your missed delivery, we can resend your medication to the same, or a different address provided it has been returned to us by the third-party delivery company (Usually Royal Mail) within 30 days of the attempted delivery.
2. Damaged or faulty medication
If you receive damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered medication please notify us as soon as possible.
Please take any pictures of the damaged products as we may request these from you so that we and our third party delivery companies are able to investigate the matter.
Once you notify us and return the package, we can either replace the product or issue a full refund including your postage costs.
Please inform us by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number. Please ensure that the returned item is complete and includes all the original packaging. The return address can be found on the dispensing label on your medication.
