Returns & Refunds Policy
At Click Pharmacy, your satisfaction is important to us. As a UK-registered online pharmacy regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), we follow strict standards to protect your safety and ensure transparency in everything we do — including our refund and return policies.
Prescription Medicines — No Returns Policy
Due to UK regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medications once they have been dispensed and dispatched. This helps protect patient safety and ensures that medications are handled and stored correctly at all times.
If you are unsure whether a treatment is right for you, we recommend reviewing our How It Works page to understand the consultation process before placing your order.
Non-Prescription Items — 14-Day Return Window
You may return non-prescription items (such as general healthcare products) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- You notify us in writing at help@clickpharmacy.co.uk within this timeframe
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days of delivery. You may be eligible for a replacement or full refund.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (if applicable)
- A short description of the problem
In some cases, we may ask you to return the item to us before issuing a refund. You can read more about how we process deliveries on our Delivery Information page.
Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your medication has not yet been dispensed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched — particularly for prescription items — we cannot cancel it or issue a refund.
How We Process Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Most refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval
- You will receive confirmation by email once your refund has been processed
