What is Enstilar Foam?
Enstilar Foam is a prescription treatment for plaque psoriasis in adults. It contains two active ingredients: calcipotriol (a vitamin D analogue) and betamethasone dipropionate (a corticosteroid), which work together to reduce inflammation, redness, and scaling by slowing down excess skin cell growth.

Enstilar Foam Ingredients

How to use Enstilar Foam
Always use Enstilar Foam exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor. Apply Enstilar Foam once a day for 4 weeks. Afterward, use it twice a week for maintenance once your psoriasis is under control.
For use on the Body:
- Shake the can well before use.
- Hold the can upside down and dispense the foam directly onto the affected skin area.
- Apply a thin layer of foam to the affected areas (e.g., elbows, lower back, or other patches).
- Gently rub in the foam until fully absorbed.
- Wash your hands after use.
For use on the Scalp:
- Shake the can well before use.
- Spray the foam onto the palm of your hand.
- Gently massage the foam into the affected areas of the scalp.
- Allow the foam to dry before styling your hair.
- Wash your hands after use.
Side effects
While Enstilar is effective for treating psoriasis, it may cause some side effects in certain individuals.
