How should I use the Cetraben bath additive?

Before anything, Cetraben bath additive is for external use only, and if this product is to be used by children, you should maintain supervision as accidentally swallowing the additive could be dangerous for the individual, and you should go to your nearest accident and emergency department. As for actual use, Cetraben bath additive should be added to a bath, preferably warm water, or applied to wet skin before showering, this product should only be used when bathing. For the use of adults, use the measuring cap provided with the bottle and fill it, any excess will be sucked back into the bottle.

When shouldn’t I take the Cetraben bath additive?

You should not use Cetraben bath additive if you are allergic to any of the ingredients; this includes active and secondary ones. Luckily, there aren’t consequences when this is used on children, as there aren't any side effects that specifically affect children. However, it would be best if you supervised children when they will use the additive. You shouldn't use this additive if you are going to smoke or have any chance of going near a naked flame, as the additive is flammable, clothes imbrued with the additive become even more flammable and therefore become a serious fire hazard. Washing the clothes may not altogether remove it but will reduce build-up.

A primary difference between Cretaben cream and Epimax is that Epimax can be used as a soap substitute whereas Cretaben cream is more specialised for eczema/general sore skin.
