How should I use Ashton & Parsons Infant Teething Powders?
Ages 3-6 months
The infant must be held in a seated or upright position in order to administer the medicine. Use a teaspoon to place the powder, a small amount at a time, on the front part of the infant’s tongue. Pour the powder very slowly and allow it to dissolve before pouring more.
The recommended dose is half a sachet in the morning and the other half in the evening. However, if the infant is still in pain and restless, and there are obvious signs that the problem has not been relieved (flushing cheeks, dribbling), the dose may be repeated every 1-3 hours until there is an improvement. The maximum number of doses that can be given in 24 hours is 6.
