Daktarin 2% cream is an anti-fungal treatment that is formulated with 2% miconazole nitrate to kill and stop the spread of fungal bacteria on skin and nails in just 7-10 days of consistent use, and also reduce the associated itchiness, redness, and dryness. It is a tried and tested medicine that is safe to use by adults, children and babies to get rid of any infection such as athlete’s foot, jock itch, nappy rash, thrush etc.
Directions

Wash your hands and pat them dry.

Take a required amount and gently rub on and around the affected area.

Wash your hands after use to prevent the infection from spreading.

This product can be used 2 times every day.

Daktarin (Miconazole) 2% Cream should be used for 8-10 days consistently for the infection (and all signs of it) to go away and to prevent the infection from coming back.

Avoid contact with eyes.

Do not use if you are already taking blood thinning medications.

It is important to note that when used for newborns, there is an increased risk of irritation or jaundice as the cream contains Benzoic acid.

Side effects
When applied on the affected area, Daktarin (Miconazole) 2% cream can cause some side effects, including rash, irritation, redness or itching. You should immediately stop using this product and consult with your doctor if you notice more serious side effects, such as swelling of the lips, face, tongue, mouth or throat, difficulty in breathing or swallowing, itchy rashes, burning sensation while or after application or discoloration of the affected area.
