What is Dymista Nasal Spray?

Dymista Nasal Spray is a prescription treatment designed to relieve symptoms of hay fever, and year-round allergic rhinitis, such as a blocked nose, runny nose, sneezing, and nasal itching.

Dymista nasal spray contains two active ingredients azelastine hydrochloride (an antihistamine) and fluticasone propionate (a corticosteroid) which work together to provide fast and effective relief when other treatments have not been sufficient.

How does Dymista Nasal Spray work?

Dymista Spray works by combining two active ingredients azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate in one treatment to target allergy symptoms in two different ways.

  • Azelastine hydrochloride is an antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine, a chemical your body releases during an allergic reaction. This helps reduce sneezing, itching, and a runny nose.
  • Fluticasone propionate is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation inside the nasal passages, easing swelling and congestion.

By tackling both the allergic reaction and the inflammation, Dymista provides faster and longer-lasting relief from hay fever and year-round allergic rhinitis
