Overview
Evana heavy period relief aids in minimising heavy bleeding during the menstrual cycle by up to 60%. Each tablet contains 500mg of tranexamic acid that helps in slowing the breakdown of blood clots by inhibiting the growth of lining of the womb to prevent and control excessive bleeding.
Directions

Take 2 tablets of Evana Heavy Period Relief 3 times with a glass of water.

Use this medication when the menstrual bleeding has started.

This medicine is not intended to be used for more than 4 days.

Do not use if you have not started your period yet and should only be used when experiencing a heavy period flow.

If pain persists, you may take 2 tablets more at night (at least 4-6 hours after the first dose). Consult with your doctor if you still experience pain.

In case of reduced period flow, you can take less amount of tablets.

No more than 8 tablets should be consumed in 24 hours to avoid harmful effects.

Not suitable for girls under 18 years old.

This medication should not be used if you have an irregular menstrual cycle, have DIC (disseminated intravascular coagulation) or if you suffer from haematuria.

Do not take this medicine if you have kidney problems or take medications to prevent blood clots.

Please consult with your doctor before use to ensure safety if you are obese, diabetic, over 45 years of age, experience pain or bleeding during/after intercourse, suffer from PCOS, pre-menstrual pain or pelvic pain, notice off-cycle bleeding or have endometrial cancer (or have a history of endometrial cancer that runs in the family) or thought to have had menopause but started bleeding again.
