Sterimar cold Defence Nasal Spray is an isotonic resolution created from a 100% organic and purified seawater. It's enriched with Copper and free from preservatives.
How long do I use Sterimar Cold Defence Nasal Spray for before I notice a difference?
If you suffer from a blocked nose or sinusitis, you should notice a difference from the first time you use Sterimar Cold Defence Nasal Spray. The solution will help to clear up the mucous from your nasal passages and relieve some of the pressure that this has been causing in your head. It is safe to use Sterimar Cold Defence Nasal Spray between 2 to 6 times a day until your symptoms are gone or for as long as your doctor recommends.

How should I use Sterimar Cold Defence Nasal Spray?
Sterimar Cold Defence Nasal Spray can be used at the first appearance of symptoms of a cold or any other ear, nose, and throat disorder such as blocked or runny nose, itching throat, or sneezing. It is a useful product in young children and for pregnant and breastfeeding women for whom many other products may not be suitable or safe.
