FAQ
An Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is a system which allows your GP to send your prescriptions directly to your nominated pharmacy, rather than you having to take a printed prescription to the pharmacy. Once your nominated pharmacy receives your electronic prescription, they can fulfil your prescriptions and have your medicines sent to you as quickly as possible.
We are registered and regulated as an internet pharmacy with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and have been awarded an NHS contract allowing us to fulfil NHS repeat prescriptions. We dispense and deliver both NHS repeat and private prescriptions all across the UK. We specialise in delivering medicines to your door and our qualified team consist of pharmacists, dispensing assistance, friendly customer services personnel and UK pharmacy prescribers who together ensure you have access to your pharmacy where ever and whenever you need.
Using our NHS prescription service is absolutely free. If you usually pay for your NHS prescriptions, you will only pay for the normal NHS fee (currently £9.35 per item), but using our service and delivery will always be free.
Nominating Click Pharmacy as your pharmacy is a simple process. You can register with our service by clicking the sign-up button at the top of this page. You will then be asked to answer a few simple questions together with your delivery address. You can start to use our NHS repeat prescription service as soon as you register.

Normally, we will send your medications to the address that’s on your prescription, therefore if you want to get your medication sent to an alternative address you should do so by logging in to your account and updating your delivery address in your dashboard.
Our service is completely discreet and confidential. Your medical data and order history is always kept confidential and is only viewable by our pharmacy staff and prescribers. When dispatching your medicine we use discreet packaging without any branding or labels.
