Effectiveness of Azithromycin?
It is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria that cause STIs. It works on surfaces like the inside of the vagina. A 7-day treatment course is common. When taken correctly, it works well for both men and women. It is better than many other medicines for treating simple genital STI infections.
