Select Treatment

Start by choosing the treatment you require by using the conditions menu at the top of the page, or by selecting the relevant condition on the homepage. Once you have chosen your treatment, click the “Buy Treatment” button, which will take you to a medical assessment questionnaire. The medical assessment questionnaire is secure and confidential and usually takes a few minutes to complete.

Quick Health Check

Next, you will be asked to fill out a short medical questionnaire so our independent prescribers can assess if the treatment is suitable for you.

Depending on the type of product you are ordering, the medical questionnaire will ask you about the treatment you are seeking, the nature of your specific condition and your medical history. These short questions are similar to the questions your GP would ask you in a face-to-face consultation.

Your medical assessment will then be reviewed by one of our independent prescribers who will assess if the treatment is suitable for you. If you are eligible for the treatment a private prescription can be issued so that your medication can be dispensed by our pharmacy. You will then proceed to checkout to complete the ordering process.

For patient wishing to repeat a previous order, simply log into you Patient Area and select the previous order from the Order History section. If your medical circumstances remain the same you will not be required to fill the medical questionnaire again.



At the checkout stage you will asked to provide your delivery details and select your preferred delivery option. You can view our range of delivery options and timings here. Once you have provided your delivery details you will be asked to complete the payment process by paying with either your credit or debit card.

Once you have completed the payment process you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received and your Patient Area will be updated with your order details.

If our doctor has deemed you eligible for the treatment a private prescription will be issued so that your medication can be dispensed by our pharmacy.


Express Delivery

Once checkout is complete your medication will be dispensed from our pharmacy and delivered to your door within the time frame of the delivery option you select.
