Kalms Night-Time is a traditional herbal treatment intended to assist with a soothing and calming night's sleep. Using pure herbal extracts (valerian root), it helps to stay free from the next day's drowsiness.
Kalms Night tablets are an effective way to get a good night’s sleep. The active ingredient is valerian root which is a traditional herbal remedy used effectively for many years. Most patients find them effective within 2 weeks of starting.

Kalms Night is available in 50 tablet packets.
Take 1 tablet 30-60 minutes before sleep.
Swallow 1 tablets 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
It is not recommended for anyone under 18 years old.
As the effects of this product may not occur immediately, the tablets should be taken continuously for 2-4 weeks.

Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medication, including:-medication which makes you drowsy
-medicines obtained without a prescription.Taking Kalms Night with food and drink Alcohol may increase the sedative effect of Kalms Night. Therefore, excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided while you are taking Kalms Night.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Kalms Night is not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breast-feeding. Ask your doctor
or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
Driving and using machines
Kalms Night is designed to make you feel sleepy. This could affect your ability to drive or operate machinery.
