  • carbamazepine (to treat epilepsy);
  • benzodiazepines and non-benzodiazepine hypnotics (midazolam, temazepam, zolpidem, zopiclon);
  • warfarin (anticoagulant) ;
  • fluvoxamine ;
  • psoralens (to treat psoriasis);

Do you understand and agree to the following?

  • melatonin should be taken on arrival at destination at your usual bed-time. Intake on the following days should also be at your usual bed-time. The tablets should not be taken before 8pm or after 4am;
  • you should not take melatonin with alcohol;
  • food should not be consumed 2 hours before or 2 hours after intake of melatonin tablets;
  • melatonin can cause drowsiness, so you should not drive or operate heavy machinery for at least 8 hours after taking it;
