Neither Helps Stop Snoring Spray nor Helps Stop Snoring Spray contain the naturally occurring active ingredient Phosphatidylcholine that works to prevent the muscles in the throat vibrating and causing snoring. 

Helps Stop Snoring Spray acts as a lubricant and toning agent for the muscles whereas Rhynil Stop Snoring Spray is made from the natural herb Euphrasia Officinalis. This works as a decongestant to help prevent snoring due to nasal stuffiness, helps open collapsed nostrils and also aides mouth breathers.

Nytol Anti-Snoring Throat Spray is only to be used by adults and should not be used by anyone who is allergic to any of the ingredients contained therein or peanuts or soya.
