If you have trouble with the cap or you don’t intend to use it, you can measure it by pouring out 4 teaspoons worth of mouthwash. After brushing and flossing your teeth, put the Listerine solution into your mouth as if drinking from a cup but do not swallow. Swish the solution around your mouth for 30 seconds vigorously to properly clean it. Make sure you can feel the solution touching every corner of your mouth, including in between your teeth.
